I had my entire AC system changed including ducts, vent covers and all the other updates required with replacing the entire AC system in your house. The job cost estimate and thorough evaluation of the clients needs were very competitive and an excellent value. Matt was the main contractor doing the job and coordinated with his co-workers very well in order to get the job done. His attention to detail and dedication is not something you see every day. He did not stop working until the job was done right and refused any half measures on the entire built. He is super respectful and always was attentive to the clients wishes and needs. Matt has earned my respect as a client and will definitely call WINTER HAVEN AC for any of my air conditioning needs.

November 12, 2014 After receiving many proposals from local companies to replace our very old 4 ton air conditioner I decided to have your company do the work and I could not be more pleased with the results. I want to express our thanks to you and your employees for the excellent job you did removing the old A/C from the back roof of the house and installing the new unit on the ground at the end of the house. Although this project presented some interesting challenges including additional duct work and electrical additions, the entire project was completed without a problem and in one day. From our initial telephone conversation and throughout this project you and your employees have been very professional. Your employees are well trained, courteous, and responded well to any of my questions or concerns. As home owners, we want to get the most “bang for our buck” and you and your company have helped us accomplish that goal. Of course it was a weekend evening when my AC stopped working. A call for emergency service lead to a quick return call from David Hill , a technician, who was able to give me over the phone instructions to get my AC “temporarily “ running smoothly again through the middle of the week when the AC stopped working ten minutes after the office closed.. Another emergency call, another quick response, and David once again talked me through a quick fix that got me through the night. Early the next morning , as promised, David Hill came to my home and took care of my AC problem . He was very professional and knowledgeable and very thorough in his workmanship right down to cleanup. He cared enough to show me and explain every step he made to check out and fix the issue. He left me very confident my problem was completely solved. He gave me tips for routine care of the AC . He truly is a very caring and conscientious person. The temporary fixes over the phone were blessings! The education priceless and David…outstanding! Highly recommend Winter Haven AC for so many reasons. Thank you David!!! 4 pm panic – A/C suddenly gave up the ghost. But thanks to the good people at Winter Haven Air Conditioning, their repairman Tim was at our door one hour later and sorted it all out. Fan motor was out but thankfully the condenser is still alive, so total bill “only” $425. Tim was awesome: courteous, on the ball, helpful.

June 11, 2014 Please allow this letter to act as a confirmation of our absolute happiness with our experience in working with Winter Haven Air Condition. From the initial call requesting a quote…to the finished installation, we were more than satisfied with the results. The technicians arrived on time and begun work almost immediately. The new Amana Distinction 410A Enviro-Safe A/C and furnace combo was cleanly and neatly installed in a timely manner. We were also very pleased with the fair price that we received.
